Scope Warehouse – Returns & Refund Policy
At Scope Warehouse, we are committed to ensuring your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If a product is faulty, unsafe, not of acceptable quality, unfit for purpose, or does not match its description, you are entitled to a remedy such as a repair, replacement, or refund.
Returns
To initiate a return, the product must be accompanied by:
The original receipt or tax invoice; and
A completed Return Goods Authorisation (RGA) form.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be returned due to safety and regulatory restrictions, except where they are faulty or fail to meet consumer guarantees:
Gift cards
Ammunition
Gun powder
Primers
Firearms (of any kind)
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the outcome. If approved, refunds will be processed promptly to your original payment method, typically within three (3) business days.
Cancellation of Custom Orders
Custom orders are products specifically sourced or manufactured based on individual customer requests and are not part of our regular stock.
For this reason, cancellation of a custom order after the product has been ordered or received is not eligible for a refund, except as required under ACL.
Under ACL, you are entitled to a refund or replacement for a custom order only if the product is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose. Change-of-mind cancellations or preferences for alternate products do not qualify for a refund.
Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a fault or breach of consumer guarantees, Scope Warehouse will cover the cost of return shipping.
For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

If you are shipping an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
