The Leupold SX-2 Alpine HD Gen 2 20–60x60 Angled Spotting Scope is a lightweight, high-performance optic designed for hunters, shooters and outdoor enthusiasts who need reliable clarity in a compact and durable package. Featuring a versatile 20–60× magnification range and a 60 mm objective lens, it delivers bright, detailed images while remaining easy to carry in the field.
Built around Leupold’s Advanced Optical System, the SX-2 Alpine HD Gen 2 provides excellent light transmission, glare reduction and resolution, ensuring clear viewing from early morning through to last light.
The optical system is enhanced by DiamondCoat™ lens coatings and Guard-ion® hydrophobic coating, which improve durability while shedding water, dirt and smudges for consistently clear viewing in harsh conditions.
Designed for real-world use, the scope features a rugged magnesium housing that is 100% waterproof and fog-proof, making it ideal for demanding outdoor environments. The angled eyepiece design provides a more natural viewing position, especially when glassing for extended periods or observing uphill terrain.
Additional upgrades in the Gen 2 model include an Arca-Swiss compatible base for fast tripod mounting and Form-Fit interchangeable eyecups for all-day comfort.
