Featuring a versatile 20–60× magnification range and a large 80 mm objective lens, it delivers bright, detailed images ideal for spotting game, identifying targets and glassing large areas of terrain.
Built around Leupold’s Advanced Optical System, the SX-2 Alpine HD Gen 2 provides excellent light transmission, glare reduction and image resolution, ensuring clear viewing from dawn through to last light.
The optical performance is further enhanced by DiamondCoat™ scratch-resistant lens coatings and Guard-ion® hydrophobic coating, which repel water, dirt and smudges for consistently clear viewing in harsh environments.
Designed for real-world conditions, the scope features a lightweight magnesium housing that is 100% waterproof and fog-proof, making it suitable for demanding field use. The angled eyepiece design provides a more natural viewing position, especially when glassing for extended periods or observing uphill terrain.
Additional upgrades in the Gen 2 model include an Arca-Swiss compatible base for fast tripod mounting and Form-Fit interchangeable eyecups, allowing users to customise comfort for extended glassing sessions.
